Return Policy

At Ground Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You may return any unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened products, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.
Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of the defect, such as a photo or description.
2. Return Process

Step 2: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Step 3: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and include the RMA number in the return package.
Step 4: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refunds
Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
4. Exchanges
